The Toronto District School Board and Toronto Catholic District School Board work closely with Merry Go Round Children's Foundation to identify students who are eligible to participate in the Kids, Cops & Computers program. Principals and teachers from participating schools provide resources for mentor support and help refine Program activities. Representatives from both the TDSB and TCDSB sit on Merry Go Round Children's Foundation's Board.

The Toronto Police Service's Community Mobilization Unit works closely with Merry Go Round on Program development and implementation. Officers in participating Kids, Cops & Computers divisions also act as eBuddies to the kids by providing them with mentoring and guidance through monthly dialogue. Peter Sloly, Deputy Chief of Police, Toronto Police Service, sits on Merry Go Round Children's Foundation's Board.
