Kids, Cops & Computers Program We started the Kids Cops & Computers Program fifteen years ago to provide access and equity to financially disadvantaged students in Toronto’s 13 priority neighbourhoods. Our aim is to improve educational outcomes for these students by providing them with a brand-new laptop computers, Internet access (if needed), seminars on Internet safety, and “eBuddy” mentoring from Toronto Police Service officers.
