The mixer is the major fundraising event for the Kids, Cops & Computers program which puts new computers and Internet access in the homes of financially disadvantaged youth who have been identified by their teachers as having high learning potential. Once the Grade 7 students are on the program they are mentored by a police officer "eBuddy".

A special guest at the 2010 Mixer was Dion Phaneuf the new Toronto Maple Leaf Captain. Dion Phaneuf is seen in the picture to the left with G. Scott Paterson, Chairman of Merry Go Round Children's Foundation and Toronto Police Service Chief Bill Blair.

The recent event was even more exciting with the five major league trophies together for the first time ever! Guest had the opportunity to have their picture taken with the trophies as well as teh many sports personalities and broadcast professionals who attened the mixer.
